By far the best investment for a weighted vest. you can run, do push-ups etc without it bouncing around
I'm 6'1 about 185 and bought a large. It fits great. It's a bit tedious to put the extra weights in the vest but it's a one time thing so it's not that big of a deal. Love that it's not bulky like other weight vests and while running, it doesn't move much.
Excellent, the best weighted vest I experienced
I bought this weight vest for CrossFit at the recommendation of a friend. I had used a different kind of weight vest before, but noticed that it didn't sit properly and always shifted while I was working out. It's not fun having 20 pounds of weight sliding around on you when you're trying to run 600m while you can barely breathe from the rest of the workout designed by people that probably secretly hate you. This weight vest evenly distributes the weight and hugs your body so that you can continue to punish it in other ways. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
It's solid and feels bulletproof. I no longer worry about getting stabbed if I max out the weights.
