How to use the 3 stage knife sharpener to sharpen the kitchen knife？

1st Step:"CERAMIC" stage (preparation): For repairing damaged blades and straightening blades before sharpening.

2nd Step:"COARSE" stage (sharpen): Sharpens the blade and restores the cutting edge to a "V" shape.

3rd Step:"FINE"stage (fine tune): For final edge honing. It removes any burs and gently polishes the blade edges for a super sharp finish.

This sharpener works very well. I sharpened my pocket knife and a paring knife in the kitchen. They both were noticeably sharper. Both passed the so-called "paper test".

Used almost daily on all the knives, except the serrated ones, small enough to store, holds down well on the countertop

Some slight rust on the metal piece but quickly removed, once you move the blade there is a tendency to hit the plastic edge,
