Use Methord and Precautions:

4. Wrap the wrist band around your arm tightly in the opposite direction, paste together.

This unit has a very good software application that easily downloads. It’s simple, concise, clear and easy to follow. It allows a patient to use an IPad or phone, to illustrate your BP results to a physician or caregiver. It also plots a graph of results that demonstrate patterns in highs & low readings.
